Nate Berkus textured throw pillow ($30) / Nate Berkus round accent table ($60) / Nate Berkus Geo Print Pouf ($60) / Nate Berkus™ Fringed Wall Art – 15×20″ : Target ($35) / Nate Berkus™ Printed Woven Decorative Bin : Target ($28) / Nate Berkus™ String Wall Art : Target ($35) / Nate Berkus Globe Light ($60)
The thing I love most about Nate Berkus is his use of texture when designing a space. Normally when decorating I often feel drawn to the same pieces, namely metallic accessories paired with grey/ivory textiles. However nearly every time I go to Target, I find myself pulled toward the Nate Berkus endcap. Suddenly I’ll grab something that feels both unexpected and somehow, also true to myself. I’ve seen his pieces work well in bright airy spaces as well as dark and moody ones, which I think is why he’s has so much success in Target over the years. This season’s collection has to be one of my all time favorites. I’m feeling inspired to experiment with layering textures, and embracing some styles that’ll push me past what I usually opt for. I’m especially loving the accent table and string art. I’d love to know, what are your thoughts on the Spring 2015 collection?
